  • Each ensemble is Boutique-Stitched with careful attention to finishing and detail.

  • We use premium Resham Viscose embroidery, crafted to enhance timeless elegance.

  • Slight color variations (approximately 5–10%) may occur due to lighting and screen resolution differences.

2. Order Confirmation

  • Every order is personally reviewed and verified by our team to maintain accuracy and service excellence.

  • Orders are processed only after confirmation via call, message, or email.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Local deliveries are typically completed within 3–5 working days.

  • International shipping timelines and charges vary depending on destination.

  • Customers may open and check the parcel at delivery time before making payment (for COD orders).

  • Elam Wear is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Payment Methods

Cash on Delivery (COD)
We proudly offer Cash on Delivery service across Pakistan, allowing you to pay upon receiving your parcel.

Advance Payment
For customized orders or high-value purchases, partial advance payment may be required to confirm the order.

5. Product Care Instructions

To preserve the luxurious texture and intricate Resham embroidery:

  • Dry Clean Recommended, or Gentle Hand Wash only

  • Do not use bleach or harsh detergents

  • Handle garments with care to maintain their elegance and longevity

6. Exchange Eligibility

    • Orders may be cancelled anytime before dispatch.

    • Once the parcel has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

Elam Wear shall not be held responsible for:

  • Courier delays or logistics issues

  • Minor color variations

  • Improper garment care by the customer
