At Elam Wear, we strive to deliver premium quality products. Due to the nature of our boutique craftsmanship, we maintain a limited Return & Refund Policy as outlined below.
1. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only in the case of:
Verified manufacturing or technical fabric defect
Incorrect item delivered
Exchange Request Conditions:
Must be reported within 7 days of delivery
Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
Original tags and packaging must be intact
Proof (images/video) must be provided for verification
2. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
Sale or discounted products
Customized or stitched-to-order outfits
Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
Products returned without original packaging
3. Refund Policy
As a general policy, we do not offer cash refunds.
Refunds are only issued if:
The item is out of stock and cannot be replaced
A major defect is confirmed and exchange is not possible
Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 7–10 working days.
4. Return Procedure
To request an exchange or claim:
Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the parcel.
Share your order number and defect images.
Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
5. Shipping Charges for Returns
If the issue is from our side (defect/wrong item), we will cover the return cost.
For any other approved exchange, the customer will bear courier charges.
6. Important Note
We encourage customers to check their parcel at the time of delivery (for COD orders).
Claims made after acceptance may not be entertained.
